The Trawick International Safe Travels Voyager Travel Protection Plan is designed for guests on trips operated by Alluring Americas who require adequate and superior benefit limits to protect trip investments from qualifying unforeseen circumstances. Our plan includes coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Travel Delay, Baggage Delay, Missed Connection, Medical and Dental, Emergency Evacuation, Accidental Death and Dismemberment and optional Trip Cancellation for Any Reason.
The Trawick International Safe Travels Voyager Travel Protection Plan covers trips is only available to U.S. Citizens and U.S. Residents and covers up to $100,000 for trip cancellation and includes a $250,000 per person limit PRIMARY Medical Coverage with coverage for Pre-Existing Medical conditions on plans purchased prior to or with final trip payment. The plan also includes a minimum coverage of $2,000 for potential accommodations/lodging expenses. COVID-19 MEDICAL EXPENSES may be covered and treated the same as any other sickness. This plan also meets Costa Rica Travel Insurance Requirements.
24-Hour Emergency Assistance is included
These services, provided by Trawick International’s designated provider, On Call International Travel Assistant Services, offer on-the-spot and immediate assistance for unexpected problems that can arise
during your trip. The hotline operates 24/7 for help while traveling – anyplace, anywhere.
Optional Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR)
The CFAR provides reimbursement for 75% of the prepaid, non-refundable, forfeited payments you paid for your trip if you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by this policy. Must be purchased with initial policy and within 21 days of the initial trip deposit date, and the full, nonrefundable trip cost is insured. To qualify for the CFAR benefit, you must insure your entire trip cost. To use the CFAR option when cancelling your trip, you must cancel your trip in its entirety, at least 2 days prior to your scheduled departure date.
For travelers to Costa Rica: Upon purchase, you will receive a visa letter that you can upload using this link to the Costa Rica Health Pass website and complete the required paperwork to get your QR code to show airport authorities upon arrival to Costa Rica.
