Classic Safari | 5 days – 4 nights
This package includes a combination of land and boat excursions that will allow you to explore the neighboring islands of Santa Cruz. Start off your excursion on the Santa Cruz highlands with your bilingual naturalist guide and enjoy a lunch made from locally-sourced ingredients. Watch giant tortoises and birds in their natural habitat. On days two and three, you’ll take a boat tour to one of the neighboring islands: North Seymour, Bartolomé, Plazas, Santa Fé, Floreana or Isabel. We recommend visiting the Galapagos Marine Reserve, the second largest marine reserve in the world, where you can go snorkeling off the boat. Day four consists of a drive to Cerro Mesa Reserve, offering marvelous views of the exotic plants, seven subspecies of finch, and the largest crater on Santa Cruz Island. Following the exploration of the island and eating lunch, head on over to Garrapatero Beach. Here you will be mesmerized by the white sand, mangroves, black lava, and turquoise colored water. At Garrapatero Beach, you will also have the option to enjoy kayaking and mountain biking. Finally, enjoy the serene atmosphere at Galapagos Safari Camp by relaxing, walking, or enjoying the sunrise.
Family Safari | 6 days – 5 nights
The Family Safari package is specifically designed for both parents and children to enjoy. The guides provided are knowledgeable in working with families as they understand the need for patience, downtime, and flexibility. This particular program is a private safari, allowing flexibility on the majority of the excursions. Your Family Safari package begins by meeting your naturalist guide at the Baltra Airport and crossing the Itabaca Channel to Santa Cruz Island. Arrive and settle in at Galapagos Safari Camp, watch your guide introduce you and your kids to the many animal species you will encounter during your stay. After lunch, explore the Galapagos Safari Camp farm, harvest cacao, and bird watching. The following days will consist of visiting an organic coffee plantation where parents and children will have a chance to pick coffee beans, then drive to the Cerro Mesa Crater. Enjoy a relaxing short walk into the wetlands and experience wildlife sightings. Later, explore the bay in sea kayaks alongside blue-footed boobies, shorebirds, and marine iguanas. After kayaking, parents can unwind while children take part in an art class with a local artist. The remaining days will consist of exploring one of the neighboring islands, fishing excursion with local fishermen, and a tour at the Charles Darwin Research Center.
Dive Safari | 5 days – 4 nights
The Dive Safari package is a program designed for diving aficionados. In this itinerary, you will have the opportunity to dive in one or more of the following sites: Floreana Island, Gordon Rocks, North Seymour Island, Cousins Rock, Bartolomé Island, Mosquera Islet, and Daphne Islet. Explore the diverse dive sites where you will encounter interesting marine life. It is possible to come across Galapagos sharks, turtles, stingrays, sea lions, and reef fish to name a few. After discovering vast marine line, take a moment to enjoy the sunrise at Galapagos Safari Camp before your departure to your next destination.
Santa Cruz and Isabela Island Combination | 8 days – 7 nights
This package combines a 5-night Galapagos Safari Camp experience with a 2-night visit to Isabela Island. It is known to be one of the most enchanting of the islands found in the Galapagos. Within this program, you will fly to Isabela Island on a small propeller plane. Providing a bird’s eye view of the archipelago’s volcanic formations. You will be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of semi-submerged craters, rocks, turquoise water, and islets. Isabela Island is the largest island in the Galapagos and one of the most actively volcanic places on earth.
Active Cruise Extension | 3 days – 2 nights
The Active Cruise Extension provides travelers with the option to extend their program before or after their Galapagos Islands cruise expedition, allowing them to explore the Galapagos Safari. Within this itinerary, you will be picked up from the airport or your cruise ship and provided lunch before you embark on your activity of choice. This can include treks to nearby reserves, snorkeling, biking, or kayaking. Later on, indulge in a four-course dinner over sunset views from the observatory at Galapagos Safari Camp. Your second day will be adventured filled with your choice of activities and will be accompanied by your guide. Finally, your third day will start off with a farewell breakfast as you get ready to depart to your next destination.
